NOW HIRING - Development Manager (Full-Time) Paid Position
The Development Manager (DM) plays a critical role in expanding and diversifying Coosa Riverkeeper’s funding and membership base, fostering relationships with donors, sponsors, and volunteers, and strengthening the organization’s brand and digital presence. The DM will manage a variety of development functions, including fundraising initiatives, membership and donor outreach, sponsorship cultivation, and stakeholder engagement. The DM will also be responsible for overseeing fundraising events, managing the donor and membership database, and enhancing our organization’s effectiveness through fundraising and “friend-raising.”

NOW HIRING - Community Organizer - Paid Position
This position is designed as an opportunity for someone with limited professional advocacy and organizing experience. Applicants should be excited about collaborating with the general public and advocates of all ages and backgrounds, including anglers, boaters, and conservation-minded people. They should have a passion for environmental/health issues and have interest in voter education and building relationships with communities. This position will report to the Director of Community Engagement and be a part of the Community Engagement Team.
