POSTPONED: AIRWAVE: Riverkeeper Benefit

Thank you for your support of AirWave. Facing uncertainly and concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to postpone AirWave which was scheduled for March 21. We will monitor the pandemic’s local developments and try to find a date in the late summer to have this great even. Public health is a major focus of Coosa Riverkeeper, Cahaba Riverkeeper, and Black Warrior Riverkeeper’s efforts for cleaner water, and we must prioritize public health when considering large gatherings like AirWave. COVID-19 is clearly a public health issue that we take seriously. Rest assure, we will not neglect our work to protect public health from negative impacts of pollution of our waterways.
