Orders & Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed the same or next business day. Standard shipping (US Postal Service) and handling applies, and delivery times will typically vary from 2 to 5 business days after the order is received. Tracking numbers will be updated to your order as issued by the carrier. We ship to physical addresses in all 50 states. For expedited shipping, special instructions or delivery availability please email us at [email protected]. Our shipping and handling rates are automatically calculated by our web store to accurately reflect our costs. However, in certain large orders the calculated shipping rate may appear abnormally large. If this is the case, you may contact us before placing your order at [email protected] and we can calculate an exact shipping rate and send you an invoice.
Refunds & Exchanges
In the case of an incorrectly filled order, a defective item, or even a change of heart, we will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be in its original unused condition, including original tags, to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

*If you live in the Birmingham Metro Area, or are willing to make the drive to our office for a return or exchange, please email [email protected] to coordinate a time to exchange or return your time.
- Include in your package a legible written statement of the reason for your return and a copy of your receipt / packing list or order number. If you’d like to exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value, please indicate your requested exchange. If you’d like a refund, please state “refund”.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, but if you’re exchanging an item because it is defective or does not fit we’ll send you the exchange for no extra cost. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Taxes
We collect sales tax on merchandise items at the applicable rate of 5%. We do not collect sales tax on donations and memberships.
