October 17 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Banner reading 'ANGLER CLEAN UP' over tangled fishing line and leaves, promoting a cleanup event for anglers.

Are you an angler looking to connect with your community of river-oriented folks?

If you are an angler in Calhoun, Cleburne, Talladega, or Clay counties please consider joining us!

This Fall, Coosa Riverkeeper is working with Auburn University, the EPA, and anglers around Choccolocco Creek to bring cleanups to the area! This work is part of a broader effort, supported by the EPA and Auburn University, focused on microplastic data collection, reducing litter, and garbage pollution in the Choccolocco Creek watershed!

See location details at the bottom of the page. This site is located across the bridge from the given address. Please drive over the bridge on hwy 77 to access the public boat ramp.
