Cheers to the Coosa is a benefit dinner series with multiple events each year. Each dinner is unique, some focus on a specific seasonal harvest and some feature pairings with a certain craft beer, but they are all fantastic meals! Common threads at these events are the use of local, organic produce from our farmer friends, delicious craft beer from local breweries, and chefs who are at the top of their game.
