We are collecting & analyzing water samples for E.coli  from 14 popular swimming locations on the river for 16 weeks this summer! We will provide swim advisories to the public each weekend, starting TODAY!

Results are uploaded every Friday afternoon today through Labor Day to our websiteSwim Guide mobile app, and social media!

Thanks to a generous grant from the Coosa Valley Resource Conservation & Development (RC & D) Council, we purchased equipment for our new Coosa River Bacteriological Monitoring Program! This program protects public health and improves water quality in your favorite swimmin’ holes on the Coosa!
